Win10，LG Utrafine4K显示器，ASUS Z270 主板。请问有什么办法可以看到闪退原因吗？

This error may be related to the other closed issues regarding a possible firmware update, but it could just be something specific to my end. I'm running Windows 7 64bit and have both tested your version, and my compiled version using Visual Studio 2017 (as well as compiling Hidapi from the latest Github source.)

Upon starting the program, I get the "unable to get/set" error, as well as a "Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" error which is passed from Hidapi itself. Windows has a generic driver installed for it as "USB Input Device," and the monitor is working without a single issue. I just cannot really "talk" to the monitor to change the brightness.

Could this also be related to the firmware update? Or is this just something on my end?

Confirmed windows 10 detected speaker, webcam and usb hub. Running windows 10 pro. But unable to adjust brightness

Will show current brightness in the application window, and increment up and down, but does not actually change brightness.

I have a thunderbolt 3 card on my PC that connects to a DP port on nividia graphics card. Fails on getting handle.

Hi. I have tried your code on windows 10 1903 version. It used to work, but I got "The parameter is incorrect" error after certain driver update. Somehow, it broke. Would you revise the code again?
The Linux version of this project, however, works for the same computer after I switch to Linux. Not sure which Windows update broke your app.

I was just wondering if you have some secret expert knowledge or ideas.

I just connected my LG Ultrafine 5k to a windows notebook for the first time.
I then connected it back to my mac and since then, it doesn't work on mac anymore.
The mac freezes until the LG is unplugged again, and the screen remains dark.

Do you have any theories?
I was looking up a way to adjust the brightness and found your repo, maybe you have experienced this.

On my 4K version of the display, I can't seem to get this working on the latest Windows 10 Pro even with admin privilege:

Unable to get a feature report.
The parameter is incorrect.Press '-' or '=' to adjust brightness.
Press '[' or: ']' to fine tune.
Press 'p' to use the minimum brightness
Press '' to use the maximum brightness
Press 'q' to quit.
Current brightness = 0

Has anyone seen this?

make it resident since boot, integrated into system -wide hotkey to adjust brightness? e.g. adjust which monitor the mouse locate and use F5/F6 to adjust, like native WinX?
