It would be great if the caller could decide if they care about the object being above the horizon or not. My use case is to get the current RA/Dec of the moon. I don't care if it's above the horizon, just want it's location so I can calculate relative distance to DSO's. I'm going to look at the location at sunset and sunrise and it'll likely be close enough but it's more work.

Hello there! I've been using your API for a couple days now and it's great! One thing I noticed is that declination is also in hours, minutes and seconds while the units are totally different for declination, which are degrees, arcminutes and arcseconds. Please find a fix to it!
