Utility Dashboard Using EIA-860 Data

Utility-Em is the capacity weighted emissions factor per MMBtu of input per utility portfolio.

All "Age" variables are capacity weighted.

Data from the EIA-860 Monthly (https://www.eia.gov/electricity/data/eia860m/), still need to set it to auto-update when a new one is released.

Fuels are the Energy Source Code columns from form EIA-860, reference is here: https://www.eia.gov/electricity/data/eia860m/archive/xls/energy_source_codes_prime_mover.xlsx
