PartMediator.onPartAdded() supposes that slots containers are created, but this is not the case yet.

Ok, thank you.
When inspecting I noticed some strange behavior of the Observable.addObserver where multiple observers were added for the same label ("PartAdded" but also the other ones). This doesn't seem to happen in working cases and causes multiple notifications for the same "PartAdded" event.
But maybe this is just a side effect and not the cause.
