New sheet: generate name, save, and set as current sheet

Pick sheet (rename from "load sheet"): Form with ComboBox to pick sheet from a list of names in the .xml, then set that to be the current sheet.

Add Image (... to current sheet): browse for an image file to add to the current sheet (also needs to support dragging and dropping them onto the application to accomplish the same effect)

Sheet properties: one text box that lets you change the name of the sheet.

Makes more sense than living in the MapEditor

GridForm should set this text any time the current sheet is changed (new or picked).

Possibly add a menu option to toggle them on/off on the grid, but always show on the "sheet" panel.

Add as solution file and copy to Release and Debug? Not sure how yet but this file currently does not get included with the application.

... which is OK, since the application will create it if it does not exist, but would be nice to include a default with a few images in it.
