The terminal cursor is going back to the block shape despite the setting in
config[.def].h when a cursor reset sequence is issued.

This probably has to do with the terminfo information.

Focus is not explicitly given back to the previously focused window after the
st window with the override_redirect bit is killed.

This is similar behavior to dmenu's, and can be patched by storing information
about which window is focused before the st window is mapped, so that window
can get focus back once the program terminates.

Since 487a292, or at least since the upstream merge, st sometimes hangs when
exiting, requiring a signal to kill it despite the SIGCHLD that it received.

It's uncertain what's causing it, and logs added to sigchld() and to
returnfocus() haven't revealed anything, as sigchld was still executed to
the end in one test case.
