The isFloat function in the util file does not work if input is negative. So there is a problem that it is handled to incorrectly (Uint8Array(1) [ 255 ]) when changing negative floating point number.

Let's change default codecs to internet standards

• MessagePack -> RFC 8949 (CBOR)
• Base58 -> RFC 4648 (Base64URL)

The final condition for this package to be adopted is probably the performance.

It already has an advantage in terms of bundle size and compatibility, but we don't want to leave performance as an area of trade-off

@urlpack/msgpack implementation has poor decoding performance compared to other libraries.

This is because we use slice() to copy the new array to windowing the buffer for every step, which is very inefficient.

Ideally, the decoding process can be completed in a single iteration without copy using a state machine.

If the schema of the message is fixed, more efficient compression is possible.

Keep the msgpack and build a treemap for shorter key names. It will need the same schema to restore original message.
