I will like to encourage you to continue developing this project.
I have been using Firebase libraries but based on Arduino IDE and, although ESP-IDF allows to use that library (Arduino as component), I have had many difficulties to implement them in my ESP-IDF projects. So sorry for writing to you here, but it would be great if you could continue developing a library absolutely dedicated to ESP-IDF. Thanks.

I came across this repo which I say is a life saver for my project, Thanks.

I noticed that the multipath stream functionality is not yet added to the repo.
I would really appreatiate it if you can add that support, just because of the multipath stream not being present, i have to use arduino as a component in ESP-IDF and use another firebase-esp32 library.

I was wondering if you now any solution for below issue which happens quiet frequently. Sometimes I am able to connect, but 4/5 times it does not work. This is the log I receive with mbedtls debug activated:

Calls to xPortGetFreeHeapSize() always returned values above 100.000
