This project builds a web platform for multiomics data integration and data analysis of neurodegenerative diseases. The web platform is managed by maven and implemented based on the SSM framework; Tomcat is used as the server to handle user requests; and a MySQL database is used to store data. The platform integrates biological data of 44 neurodegenerative diseases from bioinformatics databases at home and abroad.
