Please, can you explain where have you implemented this?

pixel-wise segementation of input image

According to the paper, the defined models take an input patch(for central pixel) and produces a label for that pixel(which is center of the patch). How are you implementing the convolution of given model over the whole input image? The overall loss is defined as the sum of categorical loss of individual pixel labels? Please, can you explain where have you implemented this?
