An implementation of the TMDB API with react, that lets you see the information about any movie in the database. Made as part of the Alkemy Challenge course.

• Basic Login with hard-coded values (email: [email protected], password: react)
• Home page with list of recent most popular movies
• Detail view with additional information about each movie, with cast and crew lists
• Search functionality
• Add movies to favorite
• Responsive design

To run this project, you will need to generate your own token for the TMDB API, and add it to your .env file like so:

REACT_APP_API_KEY: token

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/DamianCabrio/TMDB-react-frontend.git

Go to the project directory

  cd TMDB-react-frontend

Install dependencies

  npm install

Start react

  npm start
