Log::Message::Structured::Stringify::Sereal

This provides Sereal encoding for your Log::Message::Structured objects. Because Sereal encoded stream is not printable, Log::Message::Structured::Stringify::Sereal actually stringify the encoded log message as a Base64 string.

Tests fail due to hash order randomization in perl 5.18

Hash order is randomized in perl 5.18, causing this module to fail its tests.

basic.t test fails (change in Sereal serilization format?)

Test suite fails:

According to http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=Log-Message-Structured-Stringify-AsSereal-0.11 there are no pass reports if Sereal::Encoder >= 3.001 is installed.
