If the resolution is lower on a macOS display the add gist view extends beyond the screen.

After switching to CodeEditor, the redacted view is no longer needed. Remove it.

Add ability to donate via Buy me a Coffee on a context menu or the main screen of the app before selecting a gist.

Using the new Code Editor, caching may no longer be needed. Revisit it and possible remove it.

The CodeEditor view has padding that is no longer needed. Especially on macOS it should be line-to-line.

Pressing "Enter" on macOS or "Done" on iOS should submit the authentication form.

If a token is invalid, allow for clearing

The macOS icon size is too large. Correct it.
