As the number of annotation increased MAE started working extremely slow. I 
have to wait for half an hour to load the xml file (and this is fastest 
loading, on other computers I wait for hour), and afterwords I wait for each 
annotation up to a minute sometimes even more. It takes whole day to annotate 
50 sentences with 7 attributes. 

I tried to set runtime parameters for Java (-Xms1024m) but it only help to load 
data faster, it still takes whole day to do small portion of a job. 

Since I am somewhere in the middle with my work (I have 2200 annotations and I 
expect to be up to 3000 more) I don't want to change the tool and I would 
appreciate any advice on how to speed up MAE tool.

Issue Description:
After using the properties of attributes or elements to sort entries the remove 
row does not remove the correct row. See attached for example.

v0.9.5.; RedHat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a valid xml file with an apostrophe in its name (e.g. "Russian's 
crisis.xml")
2. The content is not loaded.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing is visualised.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The last version, Mac OS X.
