Show unapproved comments when logged in as an editor or admin and place a link to approve or delete them.

Trying to delete a post results in a "request is invalid" error.

Although Bootstrap provides a migration guide, I should probably redesign the UI.

When context path is not blank (e.g. /blog) permalinks are generated with an extra /blog component.

Use glyphicons instead of images for the (C)RUD buttons (read, update, delete).
