This is the set of files necessary to setup the login page for the Quantum Hub.
This has 2 portions
Config is the extension of the JupyterHub config. It should be placed in
/opt/tljh/config/jupyterhub_config.d
SRC is the souce for the new login tempalte. It should be place in the destination named in the config.py.
