Last entered goal appears in dialogue box

Show message for when there are no filter objects

for example, if a user filters by "Travel" but they don't have any travel goals, instead of a blank page, show a message saying "You have no travel goals, add one?"

Create responsive charts

Create D3 line chart to track completed goals

After deleting the module box returns to add a goal

maybe see a "your goal has been deleted message

"Edit goal" header is showing up when it should be add goal

Dropdown on login not workign

tried to add via bootstrap but it wants jquery and i dont want to include it in an angular project. figure out alternative.
