I am trying to update this project to use the current version of Bootstrap (4.0 beta 2) and Vue (2.5.9) and I have been running into a lot of issues:

1. WebPack doesn't seem to like jquery or Popper.js which is required for Bootstrap 4 (I was able to get around this by adding the script references to index.cshtml
2. I can't seem to get my Vue to render because of a Vue warn: Failed to mount component: template or render function not defined.
