I am unable to install your package using your readme.md file.

I keep on stumbling over this error message when trying to install:
Can you maybe be more specific how to install this on Windows machines in a conda environment?
Are there any known issues?

DCN Cartogram.ipynb formats awfully.O think your extention to make it multicolum should be turned off, so that the table of content is at the top, followed by the usage, followed by the code
