Instead of cache by screen, cache by x,y.

make sure that w and h are odd, so that def.x and def.y will always represent the center point, and zooming in and out will use cached points.

somehow i decided to test what if i zoom to infinity
i did this and the program hanged
you may use something like break_infinity.js to fix this

Either with browserify, or by making all js files browser-loadable.

to reproduce:
zoom in a few times, change terminal window size, zoom out.

possible fixes:

• Clear cache on window size change
• Add window size to def

Algorithm already implemented.

please remove the fucking .gitkeep in the /doc directory. Its totally unnecessary and it freaking me out. A lot.
