@damondouglas would you have any time to clean up those samples so no errors or warnings exist?

Basically the dart version cannot upload certain mime types e.g. "text/plain" and "application/javascript" whereas the javascript quickstart sample can upload any type.

The error generated for a failed upload is:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://www.googleapis.com/upload/drive/v2/files. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://127.0.0.1:3030' is therefore not allowed access.
