Sorry, I wish I can be more helpful. It is a very old thing and I cannot remember the details. But I did obtain the decision variables after I tried many command options and went through the code. And I was using the PFOO-U command.
In the end, the output is something like below:

And I think one of the last two variables should be the decision variables (Maybe both, one for apprximate variable and one for exact answer).

Thanks this works for me as well -- seems to have only been implemented for PFOO-U and not PFOO-L.

Edit: After reviewing the paper I discovered that PFOO-L does not actually generate request-level decisions at all so this behavior is expected.
