I guess it's possible to call the search-results route without those parameters?
Test with publisher type
As well as allowing filtering by publisher, filtering by publisher type will allow for simpler filtering out of all the noise for users looking for national datasets.
Clean up data.js
Lots of it is no longer needed, so remove the stuff we don't need.
