Not quite sure how to implement this, but Gmail is making it very difficult by threading each email that comes out of the digest. I'd like to attach a datetime stamp to each subject, but can't quite figure out how to do that.

Anything out of the box with .NET handlebars that would accomplish this?

I am trying to install a nuget package from TeamCity (where the nuget package is deployed).
I am receiving the fowwoing error:

An error occurred while loading packages from'http://<TEAMCITYIP:/httpAuth/app/nuget/v1/FeedService.svc': Unable to connect to the remote server

Any idea of what could cause this issue?

Any way to update digest's default formatting to look more like Email Plus?
