Model.find is useless

Model.find only takes one of 4 arguments right now: an id, :first, :last, or :all. If passed another argument (such as a hash), it simply returns nil.

The find method should either throw an error if it doesn't get it's expected input, or it should be expanded to map more of ActiveRecord's finder syntax onto DataMapper.

Spec and patch for expanded find_by_sql

So I've decided to take a whack at getting find_by_sql working in a more AR-like fashion, since it appears to be a stopping block for several of us per earlier tickets.

Before getting too far down the wrong path, can you take a look at this spec in my dm-more branch?
