Your example is brillian but the API I am queerying does not have pagination, it's not double nested like your exmple.

E.g. yours is
{ "page": 1, "per_page": 6, "total": 12, "total_pages": 2, "data": [ { "id": 1, "email": "[email protected]", "first_name": "George", "last_name": "Bluth", "avatar": "https://reqres.in/img/faces/1-image.jpg" } ] }

whereas mine is simply

You're getting everything inside of data, but as you can see mine is not nested under data or similar.
