have precisely FLUX_MAX_TIME_WINDOW/FLUX_BIN_SIZE time points in the flux_timeseries template tag

For some reason the datetime.strptime %z directive does not correctly parse the timezone in the update_flux management command. I'm sure there is a suitable work around but I can't seem to figure it out.

This is a minor issue. The number of posts are aggregated daily so if the timezone is off by 6 hours, for example, this will only shift the aggregated counts by 6 hours. Sure it won't be the most precise thing in the world, but the important thing is have a qualitative measure of flux.

In principal, this should not rely on d3, but practically it is certainly easier to just rip everything out of the sparkline.js and put it into a separate package for the time axis bars.

Might make the diagram more intuitive if there were some time labels (perhaps something as simple as "J F M A M J J A S O N D" would do)

this would be more informative than just showing the bars

silly to have a single image for all twitter accounts / rss feeds, but need to have a good default behavior so specifying the image is not necessary when creating a new Account

ideally this would include some mouseover functionality to display the date range and count during that period

Twitter API certainly has this. Does Feedburner?
