The branch repo-merge.base.release has been added to Travis

Builds are currently failing because the functions brought in from dsModellingClient need their examples modifying to load a different logindata data frame:

• The new logindata data frames must work within Travis, by having the correct opal urls. That is now localhost, not the 192.168.56.xxx VMs.
• The new logindata data frames must reference tables that exist within the current set of testdata. That is now SURVIVAL.xxx, not PER.survival and so on. (Examples in these functions may need further re-writing if, for example, variables have different names/don't exist in these other tables.)
