Implement update (add/remove content from the file)
It would be great to be able to update the file
Note that we could implement the fast update - meaning that we would not rewrite the whole file, but only thinker with the TableOfContent - and a slow one, where the whole file is "cleaned".
I guess the best way to do it is to have the update command and some sort of fix command that would always rewrite the whole file following the latest valid ToC
Investigate mem::forget in test - possible debug line?
This seems to be a leftover from tests, which is never a good idea. To be checked.
