Preferred phase post endpoint not showing in swagger

Route not listed in swagger for some reason. Even though a swagger spec doc is provided.

Fix show device offline on API Error

Devices which do not respond to api calls should be set to offline.

Example issue of device appearing to be online even tho errors appear in Live Backend dialog:

Refactor mode switch logic

Currently there are 2 switches on the project and there is no way to set the charger to always make sure the car does not automatically charge when being plugged in.

Therefore I suggest following controller modes:

force_off -> Always make sure charger stays off
sleep -> Do not interact with charger at all
sun -> Only react if power available from sun
sun_force -> Charge with minimum, increase when sun provides more power
