The schedules feature of the system needs full CRUD endpoints defined in routes/schedules.ts.
The lot activity routes, defined in routes/lotActivity.ts, needs full CRUD functionality. Should be pretty cut and dry.
The server needs the ability to dictate whether a car is in a parked or unparked state. This means grabbing the location data of the spots we have, using the location data given through the tag, comparing them, and determining that the car is either parked or not within some margin of error.
