Purge Operation: Response status code for invalid regex

If the purge regex pattern is invalid, the Application Server raises an exception and produces a local error log. However, the Application Server returns a response with status code 200 to the Application Function.

I think the response should have status code 500 when the regular expression for Purge operation is invalid.

Application Server crash on Content Hosting Configuration PUT request

When sending response to the PUT request for the content-hosting-configurations, the Application Server seems to crash. So the Application Function receives Internal Server Error.
For example:

[msaf] INFO: M3 client: Sending PUT method to Application Server for Content Hosting Configuration: [d54a1fcc-d411-4e32-807b-2c60dbaeaf5f]
 [msaf] ERROR: Internal Server Error

Error thrown by the Application Server:

ERROR:hypercorn.error:Error in ASGI Framework
