Crashes if tiller is not installed. Errors with "helm version" trying to connect to a tiller that doesn't exist. This blows up the chef-client run after the first install.

currently the cookbook fails if the version latest is used.

I think this is more reliable way of getting the latest version from GitHub:

uri = URI.parse('https://api.github.com/repos/helm/helm/releases/latest')
j = JSON.parse(Net::HTTP.get(uri))
caps = /.*v(?<version>[0-9]+\.[0-9]+\.[0-9]+).*/.match(j["tag_name"])
puts caps[:version]
