Model the permissions that the user used to monitor the system has and only perform the monitoring that permissions allow. Currently if the monitoring user does not have a particular permission, the logs for Zoneminder fill up with permission errors because the monitoring user keeps attempting API calls that it is not allowed to perform.

1.32 introduced the Monitor_Status structure in addition to Monitor in the monitors list.

CaptureFPS and AnalysisFPS datapoints have been moved here, in addition to new CaptureBandwidth and Status datapoints.

The Monitor structure has new TotalEvents and TotalEventDiskSpace counters as well.

Currently, logging in and collection are ran once for each individual component, including global 5-minute event counts. This can be cleaned up with a better understanding of PythonDataSourcePlugin.collect()

Additionally, post-collection logic like datapoint value generation should be moved to onSuccess() methods, along with new onError() methods.
