1. Create src/vector.schema.{yaml or json}, a JSON schema for the *.vector.json files in data/, like https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugi/blob/master/src/assignments/schema.yaml.
2. Create a script in src/ that validates all such files against the created schema, like https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugi/blob/master/src/assignments/validate.py. This should be Unix-y, so exit code zero and no output if successful, and nonzero exit code with noisy output indicating the problematic file(s) otherwise.
3. Have GitHub Actions automatically run this validation script as appropriate, like https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugi/blob/master/.github/workflows/validate-assignments.yaml

The lists at https://www.yugioh-card-cn.com/limiter?queryData=2 are not accurate for 2022 April, July, October. Accuracy for 2023 lists before October also need to be verified, because they're sourced on Yugipedia with the same old format URLs before a site migration.

Create data/index.json so each of the supported formats with guaranteed schemas can be navigated from the route, in a HATEOAS kind of way.

In isolation, Limit Regulations cannot define a format. These need to be combined with the contemporary card pool to actually reconstruct a format, which requires release date information via DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugipedia#2
