When a new log directory is created the permissions are wrong.

Somehow the tasks array / file got set to null for me. Not sure what caused it, first error was actually the loop trying to loop through them.

Probably worth changing the JSON mode to not be autosave and manually save when changes occur, potentially checking for null.

To avoid failed installations or usage, it would be good if there was a command for checking the state of the set up. This would do the following;

Check the prerequisites;

• PHP >= 7.0
• Git
• Composer

Check install location so that it's consistent.
Could we automatically install these if they don't exist? I'm kind of against this, as much as I like to automate things, and I hate having to pre-install a bunch of stuff to have another thing work, I also don't like installing a bunch of stuff automatically without the user's knowledge/consent/input.

Check file permissions

• Storage dir etc

Other things

php artisan command works, but the alfred command does not.

There seems to be some inconsistency with the default values of JSON files. Sometimes it comes out as an array other times as a stdClass if it's empty.

Standardise what is created by default, and what is saved when it's empty.
