ERS needs updating to new format and pipeline

SPM has issues with any version of MATLAB above 2017b. If fix or update emerges these will be added to package.

-Does not create 'rois' variable.
-Saves 'tasks' as Encoding and Retrieval, despite earlier specification of just retrieval

Bootstrap code section crashes with uneven trial number across run within a single subject. Issue is permutations are created prior to analysis and used a cross each subjects.

-Cannot handle more than four conditions; currently only correlates the first two

Creating a parameter file for MVPA bootstrap currently has issues with the following variables:

permutation_####.mat file is created with the name of the first subject
filename is not created
bootstrap.perm does not convert to double
bootstrap.structNames is not created
bootstrap.trialsPerRun is not created
Save format for studyPath and projectPath is not consistent (some still have study_path)
rois will not save

Code has problems with newer versions of MATLAB. Need to test with newer version and update some functions, primarily reading and writing tables.
