NoiseModelling (formerly NoiseM@ap) is a plugin of the OrbisGIS software (an open-source geographic information system) that able to produce noise maps of cities, according to the french standard method for the road noise emission and using the NMPB method for the sound propagation.
It can be freely used either for research and education, as well as by experts in a professional use.
This plugin is distributed under GPL 3 license and is developed by the DECIDE team from the Lab-STICC (CNRS) and by the Environmental Acoustics Laboratory (Ifsttar).
