Use focal statistics and aggregate[max] to get the best water points. Aggregation cells should be buffer distance / cell size, will need library to handle unit conversion, or limit tool to metric.

It might be helpful to have a toolbox boolean that lets you add the WPDx data to the map after the tool runs (existing points).

@dcgull it appears to me that tools like Find New Locations use the extent of the raster and do not clip to the extent of the Admin Areas -

I.e. this was a run for "Northern" in Sierra Leone:

and the points appear outside of the actual Northern area - but within the x/y extent of the Northern area.

Is this by design or do we have something configured wrong?

@kiranpande Can you share some details about how the data is structured on your server? I understand you have the global WorldPop dataset and I'm interested in where/how that's stored and what your Paths.txt file looks like.

For any area with a substantial number of points needing repair (SL for example), Repair Priority is very slow as it runs at no more than 1 pt/ 3seconds. Will need to look into the iteration in the script to see if it can be improved.

The tools work for all countries except Sierra Leone. Service Overview works for Sierra Leone, but the tools that require inputting an administrative zone results in an error (attached).

The layer file has a maximum value for symbology that is too low.

Not sure if this should be done server side or client-side

For example, Eastern is the name of a district in Zambia and Ghana

Also, it is common for one admin2 disctrict to share the name of the admin1 region it is in (eg. Gulu in Uganda).

To have popups in the Web App Builder geoprocessing widget output, two things need to be switched. First the parameter type in the pyt should be switched from DEFeatureClass to GPFeatureLayer. Also, the execution mode view results with a map service needs to be unchecked for the service. Symbology and control of the popups will be set in web app builder interface.
