Could you show the full markup of an working example?

My current problem is that the script activates the tabs plugin automatically which is too early because my HTML template containing the tabs code is not loaded within the index.html but within my angular directive template.

All other jquery plugins that I am working with can be activated within the directive linking function (within the application). For example:

$('.navscroller').navScroll({
        navHeight: 60
 });

or

  var wow = new WOW({
        mobile: true,
        offset: 60,
        live: true
      });
      wow.init();

Would it be possible to change the script in the way that it also allows the application code to activate this plugin on demand?
