Desktop applications only support the oauth_callback value 'oob'

I get error:

com.google.api.client.http.HttpResponseException: 401 Authorization Required
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<hash>
  <error>Desktop applications only support the oauth_callback value 'oob'</error>
  <request>/oauth/request_token</request>
</hash>

When I changed OAUTH_CALLBACK_URL value to "oob" this error code no longer occur.

This is exactly what I was looking for!!!
Now when I load the project from github repository as far as I see at problems report, I have something wrong with the Google APIs Client Library for Java, I have download the library but I don't the steps after.
