Manual Parameter Tuner, a web app for beginners in ML to fiddle with the various parameters present in some of the most popular Standard ML Algorithms.

Addition of this project under the Projects folder

Suggestion: The addition of an ML/Data Science Folder to hold Python Scripts for those projects will be very helpful.

I would like to contribute by adding ML algorithms written from scratch this will help beginners to understand the algorithms deeply

there is something fishy in ipd.py ,error in jumpingnumbers.py and in currencyconverter, multiple code for digital clock and roman to decimal code

One can add more programs or script based on its type and put it in the required folder. One can even modify the existing programs to enhance it.
