Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Add a method to formally validate an ANPR identifier (ID ANPR) as defined by D.M. 03/03/2023 published in Gazzetta Ufficiale s.g. 91 of the 18/04/2023

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Similar to fiscal code helper class, I'd expect an helper class with appropriate methods to validate a given code and/or calculate the check character (code's last digit) basing on first 8 chars
