I have managed to get the basic @wordpress_logged_in functionality working following the instructions given in the readme. What I need to do next is to synchronise the django username with the wordpress username so that login in with wordpress makes the properties of the django user available.
Are there any documented examples of integrating the two usernames?

I followed the instruction but cant get it to work. I get the error

'NoneType' object has no attribute 'capabilities' or
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'roles' depending on what I was trying to pass. How can I solve this?

Add your WordPress's auth keys and salts (found in wp-config.php) to your settings.py.

The documentation should be clarified to specify that LOGGED_IN_KEY and LOGGED_IN_SALT from wp-config.py is what should be used specifically.

I am using Django==2.0.5 with this library.
I have add config to my Django setting.py
but while importing 'wordpress_auth.middleware.WordPressAuthMiddleware', I have got issue
how to fix this

Would be nice if this package was on PyPI, so we could install it with running pip install django-wordpress-auth.

Hi there Dan, I'm making some significant improvements to the codebase as well crafting a setup.py so we can submit this app to the Python Package Index. Should I make a PR so you can submit to the PyPI yourself. Are you interested in continuing to maintain this package?

great app, I can connect the flexibility of django with the huge plugin base ofWordpress, and avoid coding things in PHP. Thank you!

When is the next PyPi version planned? I installed it with pip and had some problems with Python 3.4. Now I installed it with pip from the repository, and everythings works. But I would like to avoid github links in my requirements.txt pip file.

the wordpress root cookie plugin created some warning in Wordpresspress 4.2.3, so I helped myself by coding the following static class.

It can be included in functions.php.
