Basically github actions workflows to have a release of the mod.
I think I would prefer this to be in the main minecraft-copilot github repo.
The basic dissection is CI is in submodule. CD is in main repo.

Also I still dont know if we want to the model to be packaged in the mod or do we keep the download from runtime method.

It means creating the github action workflow that will mostly run tests. linting and so on on the code base

I believe in code that is tested and covered 100% (but through the use of pragma no cover).
This ticket aims to have at least 50% coverage on the java code

Basically the project will be done when the JAVA code will be able to talk to the inference server.

EDIT : We dont know if it should be an inference server or maybe we should implement the artifact directly into the JAVA code
