I've a chm file, which only contains links to other files.
Thus the content is very "slim".
While reading the file, I've got an IOException. The reason was,
the jchmweb want to read more bytes than available.

The attached patch fixes this.

When resolving mime types for HTML content, the file extension
was detected by the first dot within a file name.
This goes wrong for files, which contain more than one dot.

The attached patch will fix it.

Provide more flexible work with templates.
Make the download of data from the configuration file for the template changes 
"on the fly".

When compiling from source, the compiler plots errors:

The same for org.jchmlib.net.UDecoder and org.jchmlib.util.UDecoder.

Solution:
Simply use 'System.getProperty()'. See attached patch.

Implement logging based on log4j.

Provide an opportunity to select a file in a Web interface.
