I have requested to access data in the Osteoarthritis Initiative but it takes 2 months from now the website is still not working
can you please share the dataset?

I'm aware that you do not have permission to share/redistribute the dataset but from the paper, you used radiographs from Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI), https://nda.nih.gov/oai/.

I followed the instruction at https://nda.nih.gov/oai/ to be granted access to their data:

1. Create an NDA account
2. Visit OAI Image Dashboard
3. Download and "install" Download Manager (Beta)
4. Use Download Manager (Beta) to download OAIBaselineImages.

The radiograph ID's reported by you could not be found in the copy of OAIBaselineImages that Osteoarthritis Initiative provided to me.

Could you clarify how I can request access to the images? Thanks!

In TestSets, some knee images filenames has _fix:

None of the knee images extracted with ExtractKnee/preprocessing.py and ExtractKnee/output_00m.csv has _fix in their filename.

Could you provide details of how the knee images with _fix in their filename differ from the correspondent image without _fix in their filename? Thanks!
