Are you certain that the name of the tarball should be v.0.0.1.tar.gz and not v0.0.1.tar.gz (notice the leading dot)?
It seems that dephell/dephell#414 is actually reproduceable only with this package, not generally.
All Linux distributions (and I guess some CIs as well) block any network connections to the isolated environments. Would it be possible to add pytest marker marking all test cases requiring network access (currently, it is only test_get_changelog_url)? Thank you.
