The trigger for sending the message is on the receipt page, so if a user refreshes on this page it sends the message more than once. Is there a way to ensure the message is only sent once?

I've followed all the guidelines on the FAQ page.
However, on the checkout page, the receive updates in messenger checkbox is displayed as two text fields with a headline 'Contact Options'.
What could I change to get that resolved?

Great plugin, and works perfectly all but one issue: When order status is changed to Processing the message that is sent is from NEW ORDER (Not Processing). I have tested and tested again with a few test orders and gives the same results all the time.

I am confident I have set up the API credentials correctly in the plugin and on fb developer, but I am not seeing my URL in the whitelisted area, and I'm also not seeing the checkboxes on the checkout page.

I set this up about 30 minutes ago ... should I wait longer? I am logged in to Facebook, I'm the app developer, and the app is not in development mode. I have submitted the app for review, but haven't heard back yet. Should the plugin work before I submit it for review?

The messenger is working fine, but it doesn’t show on firefox. I can see it fine from Safari only. I couldn’t find how to fix it. Could you please give me some help?

I have installed and url callback is not working according to FB api. is there a way to live test?

The string "View Tracking" displayed in messenger after detecting a tracking code is not getting translated.

Also, is it possible to disable the FB SDK? The locale is not getting correctly detected always and replaces the SDK the website might already have.

Hi when i put the callback url at facebook developers says that this url is invalid. Why?

Hi, after the update I can't get the callback url to function. I get this warning by checking the url link directly, and on facebook I get the red X. I've double checked my api information. Any thoughts?

Hi there, I’ve configured the plugin following the steps on FAQ, but it’s not sending the Order Receipts to the messenger. I have no ideia how to fix it... can you help please! Many thanks!

I have an issue with no check box showing regardless of logged in or out status on facebook.

I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled the plugin and that has not fixed the issue. App is approved and public.

The plugin was working just fine when it was first setup but now I just see:
Contact Options

Receive updates in Messenger

NO TICK BOX, etc.

Also in the settings it lists domains that should no longer be whitelisted, how do I get rid of these?

I installed the plugin via Wordpress Admin panel (upload and install zip file) but i dont see any tab for the plugin settings in Woocommerce settings page.
