I'm also an iOS user and would love to use Shiori on my iPhone/iPad. The best option would be to migrate the project to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). This migration would affect the entire network layer. The UI layer is quite advanced in KMP, although it wouldn't be too difficult to create the UI layer in SwiftUI since it is very similar to Jetpack Compose.
I wish I had more time to do it soon, but I know it will take a considerable amount of time.
